A letter from Amy

I believe you.

30 years in compounding pharmacy

If you had met me a few years ago, you probably would have thought everything looked just fine.

I was active. I ate well. In fact, I was working out harder than I ever had. I was raising my family, building a career, and doing everything I believed I was supposed to do to stay healthy.

From the outside, I looked healthy.

In many ways, I was the picture of health.

But appearances can be deceiving.

On the inside, I knew something wasn't right.

My energy wasn't the same. My body didn't respond the way it used to. I was frustrated, discouraged, and constantly wondering why I didn't feel like myself anymore. The people who knew me best could see it too, even when I tried to convince myself that I was fine.

Deep down, I knew my body was asking me to pay attention.

That realization changed everything.

Instead of accepting that this was simply "getting older," I became determined to understand what was happening. I immersed myself in learning about hormones, metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, and the incredible complexity of the female body. I asked questions. I listened to experts. I challenged assumptions. Most importantly, I learned to listen to my own body.

As I began finding answers, something else became impossible to ignore.

I realized that my story wasn't unique.

Everywhere I looked, I saw women carrying the same invisible burden.

Women who smiled on the outside while quietly wondering what had happened to the person they used to be.

Women who kept showing up for everyone else while feeling exhausted, discouraged, and disconnected from themselves.

Women who assumed this was simply what getting older was supposed to feel like because no one had ever told them otherwise.

Many weren't talking about it.

Some felt embarrassed.

Some thought no one would understand.

Others had simply accepted that this was their new normal.

That realization broke my heart.

No woman should have to suffer in silence or convince herself that feeling defeated is simply part of being a woman.

There was another gift hidden in that season of my life.

The people who loved me most refused to let me believe that what I was feeling was simply "normal." They gently encouraged me to keep asking questions, to keep looking for answers, and to trust what I knew deep down—that something wasn't right.

Looking back, I realize how life-changing that was.

Someone believed me before I fully believed myself.

Someone cared enough to say, "Amy, don't stop here. Keep searching."

I often wonder where I would be today if they hadn't.

Their encouragement helped change the course of my life, and it lit a fire in me that has never gone out.

Today, my greatest hope is to be that person for someone else.

To be the voice that says, "I believe you."

The voice that reminds a woman she isn't imagining it, she isn't failing, and she certainly isn't alone.

Because every woman deserves to be seen.

Every woman deserves to be heard.

Every woman deserves someone who will keep searching for answers alongside her instead of accepting that "everything looks normal."

Someone who won't dismiss her.

Someone who won't stop listening.

Someone who won't give up on her when she feels like giving up on herself.

Because sometimes what a woman needs most isn't another opinion.

Sometimes she simply needs someone who believes her enough to keep looking.

That's why I created Bell Curve Health.

Not because I believe there's one perfect treatment or one magic solution.

But because I believe every woman deserves compassionate, evidence-informed care. Someone who will educate before they prescribe. Someone who will help her understand what's happening in her body instead of making her feel like she's failing.

For more than two decades, I've worked alongside healthcare providers, pharmacies, and medical professionals, helping connect patients with innovative therapies while navigating the ever-changing world of healthcare. That experience has taught me the importance of science, evidence, trusted medical care, and treating every person as an individual.

But my personal journey taught me something just as important.

Behind every lab result is a woman.

A woman trying to be the best wife, mother, friend, daughter, business owner, or caregiver she can be.

A woman who deserves to feel vibrant, capable, and confident again.

If you're reading this because something inside you has been whispering that you don't feel like yourself anymore, I hope you'll hear one thing from me.

I believe you.

You know your body better than anyone else. If something feels off, you deserve someone who will listen, help you understand what's happening, and walk alongside you while we search for answers.

That woman was once me.

Today, it's my privilege to walk beside women like you.

My greatest hope isn't that you leave here with more information.

It's that you leave with hope.

Hope that you can feel like yourself again.

Hope that you don't have to settle for feeling "fine."

Hope that you know you are seen, you are heard, and you don't have to walk this journey alone.

Because every woman deserves that.

Welcome to Bell Curve Health.

I'm truly honored you're here.
