Membership & Pricing
Finally. A clinical partner who looks at the whole picture.
Not just your hormones. Not just your weight. Not just one symptom at a time. Bell Curve Health was built for the woman who wants every aspect of her midlife health — hormonal, metabolic, skin, hair, and more — managed by one clinical team who sees the whole picture.
If you've been told your labs are normal while knowing something has genuinely changed — if you're navigating hormonal shifts alongside metabolic changes, or managing a GLP-1 medication without anyone looking at your full hormonal picture — Bell Curve was built for exactly this.
One membership. One care team. The whole picture.
Honest framing
Before we talk price, let's talk about what you're actually buying.
Bell Curve Health is a clinical membership — not a medication subscription.
Your membership covers the clinical relationship: the comprehensive evaluation, the prescribing, the ongoing monitoring, the care team access, and the clinical oversight of everything we manage together. That includes hormone therapy, prescription skincare, hair loss treatment, GLP-1 medications if appropriate, peptide therapy if appropriate, and CGM interpretation if you choose to use one — the full spectrum of health concerns women navigate in their 40s and beyond.
Medications, lab fees, and devices like continuous glucose monitors are billed separately — exactly as they would be with any clinical provider. We'll always be transparent about what those costs look like before you commit to anything.
What your membership buys is something most clinical settings don't offer: a provider who looks at your hormonal and metabolic picture together, has the time to understand your full history, and stays with you as your picture evolves.
That's what $249 a month actually is.
The membership
What's included in your Bell Curve membership
Every member receives the same level of clinical depth. Because your health deserves that.
Comprehensive initial evaluation
Not a questionnaire reviewed by a provider you'll never speak to. A thorough, individualized evaluation that looks at your full symptom picture, your history, and your goals — before anything is prescribed.
Hormonal care and management
Evidence-informed hormone therapy — bioidentical options, appropriate formulations, timed lab testing, and ongoing dose management as your picture evolves.
Metabolic health assessment and management
Fasting insulin, glucose patterns, insulin resistance evaluation, and a clinical approach to the metabolic changes of midlife that most hormonal platforms don't address.
GLP-1 prescribing and oversight — if clinically appropriate
If a GLP-1 medication is right for you, Bell Curve manages the clinical relationship: the evaluation, the prescription, the titration, the monitoring, and the integration with your hormonal picture. Medication cost is separate.
Peptide therapy — if clinically appropriate
Bell Curve is one of the few women's telehealth platforms offering clinical oversight of peptide therapies including GHK-Cu, BPC-157, PT-141, and others. Peptide cost is separate.
CGM access and interpretation — if you choose to use one
If continuous glucose monitoring is part of your plan, your care team will help you understand what your data means and what to do with it. CGM device cost is separate.
Prescription skincare — if clinically appropriate
Estrogen-informed prescription skincare addresses the collagen loss, barrier changes, and skin thinning that accelerate during perimenopause. Bell Curve manages this as part of the hormonal picture — not as a separate product line. Prescription cost is separate.
Hair loss treatment — if clinically appropriate
Hair thinning and increased shedding are among the most distressing changes of the perimenopausal transition. Bell Curve evaluates and manages hair loss as part of the complete hormonal picture, with appropriate prescribing and monitoring. Medication cost is separate.
Comprehensive lab panel — timed and interpreted correctly
Not just FSH and glucose. A complete hormonal and metabolic panel — including fasting insulin, full thyroid function and antibodies, sex hormones timed to your cycle, ferritin, vitamin D, and more — ordered and interpreted by a clinician who understands the perimenopausal picture.
Full Bell Curve education library
Unlimited access to Bell Curve's complete content library — 47 articles covering every aspect of hormonal and metabolic health in midlife, written to help you understand what's happening in your body, not just manage the symptoms of it.
A starting point that already knows you
Your Bell Curve intake is built around your quiz answers. You won't be starting from scratch explaining yourself. We already have a picture of where you are.
Full transparency
What costs extra — and what to expect
We believe in complete transparency about cost — because surprises undermine trust, and trust is everything in healthcare.
Here is what is billed separately from your membership:
Lab fees. Bell Curve orders more comprehensive labs than most platforms. Depending on your insurance and where labs are drawn, costs vary. We'll always tell you what we're ordering and why before it's ordered. Many labs are HSA/FSA eligible.
Medications. Hormone therapy prescriptions, GLP-1 medications, and peptide therapies are prescribed through Bell Curve and filled through trusted pharmacy partners. Costs depend on the specific medication, formulation, and whether you use insurance or a compounding pharmacy. We work with you to find the most cost-effective path for your situation.
CGM devices. If continuous glucose monitoring is part of your plan, devices are available through standard pharmacy channels. Many are HSA/FSA eligible.
The honest comparison:
At $75/month, Alloy provides HRT management — hormones only, async intake, no metabolic oversight, no GLP-1 prescribing, no peptides.
At $150–$250 per visit, Midi provides excellent menopause-focused clinical care with insurance coverage — but GLP-1 medications, peptide therapy, and CGM are not part of their current clinical scope.
At $249/month, Bell Curve provides clinical management of your complete hormonal and metabolic picture — including prescription skincare, hair loss treatment, GLP-1 oversight, peptide therapy, and comprehensive lab evaluation — the full spectrum of health concerns women face in their 40s and beyond, in one clinical home.
The question isn't whether $249 is expensive.
The question is what it would cost you to piece together the same level of clinical depth across multiple providers, multiple platforms, and multiple appointments — and whether any of them would look at the full picture together.

Midi Health accepts PPO insurance, which meaningfully reduces per-visit costs for insured patients. If you have PPO coverage, Midi's cost advantage may be significant depending on your plan. We include this note because we believe you deserve an honest comparison — even when it means pointing out where another platform has a real advantage.

The right fit
Bell Curve is the right fit if…
You've been told your labs are normal while knowing something has genuinely changed.
You're navigating both hormonal symptoms and metabolic changes — and want them addressed together, not in separate appointments with providers who don't talk to each other.
You're on or considering a GLP-1 medication and want clinical oversight that also accounts for your hormonal picture.
You're curious about peptide therapy and want a clinician who understands when and how it's appropriate.
You want to understand what's happening in your body — not just receive a treatment plan and figure the rest out on your own.
You've tried other platforms and feel like something is still missing from your picture.
You want prescription skincare and hair loss treatment managed as part of your clinical picture — not purchased separately as standalone products.
You value depth over convenience, and partnership over prescription.
Honest by design
We'll always tell you the truth — including this
Bell Curve isn't the right fit for everyone. And we'd rather tell you that upfront than have you join and feel like it wasn't what you needed.
Bell Curve may not be your best option if:
You have PPO insurance and want to use it for your care.
Midi Health accepts most major PPO plans, and for insured patients, their per-visit cost can be significantly lower than our membership. We think that's worth saying clearly.
You're looking specifically for straightforward HRT at the lowest possible price point.
Alloy offers Menopause Society-certified physicians and FDA-approved HRT at approximately $75/month. If that's what you need right now, it's a solid option.
You need in-person care or have a complex medical history that requires specialist-level evaluation.
Bell Curve is a telehealth platform. We'll always tell you when something requires a referral or in-person visit.
This section exists because Bell Curve was built on one belief: every woman deserves the right care, even if that care isn't us. We're not interested in selling you a membership that doesn't fit. We're interested in being the place you come back to — or tell your sister about — because we were honest with you from the start.

“I know what it costs to look for answers for years without finding the right fit. I know what it feels like to pay for something and wonder if you're really being seen.
So let me be direct: your membership is $249 a month. That covers the clinical relationship — the evaluation, the oversight, the care team, the full picture. Medications and labs are separate, and you'll always know what they cost before anything is ordered.
No surprises. No fine print. Just a clinical partner who's actually looking at everything.
That's what I wanted when I was searching. That's what I built.”
Common questions
Questions we hear most
No — and we want to be upfront about that. Your membership covers your clinical care: the evaluation, prescribing, monitoring, and ongoing management of your hormonal and metabolic picture. Medications, lab fees, and devices like CGMs are billed separately. We'll always tell you what something costs before you're committed to it.
Bell Curve does not accept insurance at this time. Many of our lab tests and medications are HSA/FSA eligible. If insurance coverage is important to you, Midi Health is an excellent option that accepts most PPO plans.
Then we won't prescribe them. Bell Curve is an individualized care model — nothing is prescribed unless it's clinically appropriate for your specific picture. Many Bell Curve members don't use GLP-1s or peptides at all, and their membership is just as complete.
Bring your history. Bell Curve will review what you've tried, what worked, what didn't, and build from where you are rather than starting over.
Most OB-GYN appointments are 15 minutes and focused on acute concerns. Bell Curve is a dedicated midlife health membership — with the clinical scope to look at your full hormonal and metabolic picture together, manage GLP-1s and peptides, interpret CGM data, and be available when questions come up between visits. It's a different kind of clinical relationship.

Yes — Bell Curve membership fees and many associated costs are HSA/FSA eligible. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator.
You've been looking for the right fit for a while.
You don't have to explain yourself from the beginning here. You don't have to convince anyone that something has changed. You just have to start.
